Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Contact dagnedover-us@service.com with your order number and the item you would like to return before sending anything back.

Eligibility

Please keep the bag or accessory in its original condition, with the parts and packaging that came with it where available. We will review the item and your request before giving return instructions. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, describe the issue and include photos so we can help resolve it.

How to request a return

Email dagnedover-us@service.com within the 30-day window. We will explain the next steps and the return destination for your order. Do not send a package to an address from another website or an earlier order.

Refunds

Once a return is received and reviewed, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear can depend on the payment provider. If you would prefer an exchange, contact us and we will discuss the available options.
