Product and order questions

Product details, selected options, and prices appear on the relevant product page and at checkout. If you need help choosing a style or understanding an order, email dagnedover-us@service.com. Please include your order number for an existing purchase.

Availability and order updates

Availability can change. If we cannot fulfill an item after an order is placed, we will contact you about the available resolution. Order processing is 1–2 business days; delivery after shipment is estimated at 3–5 business days, or approximately 4–7 business days total. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and resolution

Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. We will review the details and explain the next step. See our Return Policy.
